By using the Services of the Golfer Website, you declare and warrant that:

• You are a legally registered corporation or organization, and any individual who directly or indirectly uses the Golfer Website through you has full rights and capacity to act ("User"), has accepted these Terms of Service, and is legally entitled to do so;

• You agree to supervise and manage the Users' use of the Golfer Website services. Should any User violate these Terms of Service, you agree to assume joint liability;

• Within the scope permitted by law, you agree that Golfer may use your information and operate the Golfer website and services;

• You will not use the Golfer Website services for others or for any illegal purpose, nor will you use the Golfer Website services to conduct any improper activities or those damaging to Golfer reputation;

However, Golfer reserves the right to transfer all rights, interests, or obligations to others, and these Terms of Service shall be fully effective against Golfer successors or assignees.

The content you upload to the Golfer Website or services, including but not limited to your information, photos, or text, should not infringe on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, etc. If the content you submit infringes on the rights of a third party, in addition to bearing all responsibilities, you shall compensate Golfer for any damages caused.
