Any Questions?

How do I make a golf reservation?

To make a reservation, open the Golfer app, choose your preferred Golf Course, select the date and time, then confirm the number of players. After that, proceed to deposit payment if required. You will receive a notification once the reservation is confirmed.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation from the “My Reservations” section in the app, as long as it’s within the cancellation policy of the golf course. Please check the course’s cancellation terms before proceeding.

How do I use a promo or discount?

If you have any eligible credit card or membership discount, please set them up before the reservation. During reservation process, select the available discount from the list. The discount will be automatically applied if the terms and conditions are met. Before the game day, you can always change the discount option from the “Schedule” section in the app.

Why is my reservation still pending confirmation?

Some courses require manual approval by the golf course management. Your reservation will remain in “Pending” status until the course confirms it. You will receive a notification once it’s approved.

Can I invite friends to my reservation?

Yes! After booking, go to your reservation details and select “Invite Friends.” You can send invitations by entering their phone number to search or manually input their name and phone number if they don’t have a Golfer account yet.

What should I do if I have a payment issue?

If your payment fails or an error occurs, try again with a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact our customer support with your payment details for assistance.
